1. Overview By purchasing from Pacific Coast Succulents ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products We sell live plants and related items. All plants are living organisms subject to natural variation in size, color, and appearance. Product photos are representative and may not reflect the exact plant you receive, particularly for Grower's Choice listings.

3. Orders & Pricing We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Shipping All plants ship bare root every Tuesday. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our Shipping Policy, including weather-related hold procedures and bare-root transit expectations. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Refunds Live plants are perishable. All sales are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We guarantee live arrival and will address legitimate claims made within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. We do not accept returns on live plants.

6. Limitation of Liability Pacific Coast Succulents is not liable for plant decline or death resulting from improper care, environmental conditions, or events outside our control after delivery. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.

7. Intellectual Property All photos, descriptions, and content on our store are the property of Pacific Coast Succulents and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
